Didn't the z series fold? Take it you're still going ahead with the project, still aiming or the same spec?

Loving the update but didn't the Gary Feakins Racing thing collapse last year? Seem to remember some poor unfortunate soul on here lent him an hardtop and never saw it again.

That's what I thought. So figured this was unrelated to that venture.
Think this was eventually returned. But obviously lots of faf inbetween.

The above did fold or more the said person used all the money and then a lot of people were left very out of pocket and was not to be seen again. And is now somewhere in the country with a warrant for his arrest for an incident at brands hatch as far as I’m aware.
I don’t get involved in all that and don’t really care I’m not in motorsport to play handbags at dawn we are there to race and try to win. as we were always building our car ourselves.
The silent partner in the push for a z series has pushed on with this and we will be looking to race in the MSVR Allcomers championship this year and should have enough cars next year to have our own series.
It’s been a long process to get where we are but is now so close to testing and racing at Silverstone in June.

Well Its finished......
Its been a long road but we got there in the end.
We raced at silverstone this weekend and had 2 2nd place in class, appreciate its a small grid currently so chances of a podium are high but still a trophy is a trophy if you ask me.
Don't ask me why some are wrong way i tried to change them
Will be more prep this weekend as we have a double header at Snetterton this weekend with Qualifying and 2 races on Saturday and Qualifying and 2 races on Sunday as well.
If your interested in this series or tempted to do a build more information can be found at http://www.coupesandconvertibles.co.uk/racing/ the grid is getting bigger every round and next year we should have our own series. here's hoping.
The main thing is we all have fun and enjoy it. Now to start building our Z4 2.2 we have recently acquired. No rest allowed

Looks great
Congrats on the trophies too
Is it still road legal, as that would go so well on the Ring!

That is so good to hear. Congrats on the Silverstone result and for just putting the thing together and giving it a go! Looks like great fun.
