well my short stint in the remote control car camp has come to an end, due to the arrival of my genuine bmw stubby that I should have got in the first place.

Which one did you go for? Did it do the trick my pug/citreon one has never been brilliant compared t the whippy out in the sticks i'm wondering if the BMW stubby might be better

Lifted cover off boot. Chucked in a set of side covers I will probably never use.

Went for the genuine bmw one from my local stealer.
About 22.00 but whilst it’s never going to be perfect, it’s pretty good most of the time, and a big improvement on the cheapy one.

Changed the front discs and pads.
Went for Brembo drilled disc and textar epads.
Need to give the car a clean now.

Motor in boot. Bilstein B8 dampers. New radio, much better sounds :thumbsup:

Saw this one in Hartington, Peak District a couple of weeks back. Stratstone plates on it and apparently 'from £195,000' ! :o When you walk round and study the detail it truly is a work of art...and surprisingly big !

That 488 looks terrible :cry: the Lambo equivalent is much prettier.

agree, the lines are just not right. It appears out of proportion, not a pretty car IMHO.
