Good to just give her a good coat of looking at from time to time. Bangle nailed it!

What have you done to your car today?
Well, seeing as the better half has a night out and the kids are away overnight and it's mild and dry, I decided to quench it's thirst with some shell v-power and give it a hoon about like I was 17 again

Heard a clicking on the drive home from work today (roof down, of course!)
Another bloody screw in the tyre!
Fortunately its bang square in the middle and holding pressure, so should be able to get it fixed in the morning.

Dropped it off at a local dealer, with more than one glance backwards as I walked away. Now waiting for the 35i to be transported from the other end of the country. It's going to be a looooong wait

Ooh, shiney! I remember recommending them to you - I hope they did a good job.veryverydarkblue wrote: ↑Sat Nov 17, 2018 3:44 pm 2nd thing i've done today: collected my fully refurbed MV2s from First Aid Wheels.
They refurbed the MV2s on my last car and after three years they were still perfect. The place had humble beginnings but these days you regularly see Bentleys and McLarens in there.
2008 Z4MC: heavy wheels | crap suspension | skittish rear end | wobbly engine | not enough induction noise | underwhelming turn in | inconsistent braking | lardy battery | chubby steering wheel

Thanks for the rec. The wheels are perfect now - the finish is flawless, definitely better than a previous attempt they'd been subjected to. The inner rims were not exactly circular any more so that was also good to know and fix. Great bang for the buck improvement all in all. Will definitely be sending a few more people their wayMrPT wrote: ↑Sat Nov 17, 2018 4:15 pmOoh, shiney!
