I put the car away for the winter. Now it’s a long wait till April.

Had to replace steering rack as had play causing problems also new ps E46 caliper as it was binding also post cat sensor replaced

if I didn't love this car so much she would be gone definitely a labour of love not far off replacing every part lol

Few jobs to do over the winter and looking forwards to the trips already planned next year

2019 .. 6k miles in five countries

Collected my Z from a private sale in Edinburgh and drove her back to London. Amazing 6 hour drive. Got to clean her today and find out what everything does.

Nothing to the Z but spent a bit of time cleaning, polishing, hoovering the wife’s 3 series! Probably the nicest it’s looked since the day we bought it! If you zoom in you will see it’s just started raining

I aged the car by a year to keep the NZ theme going on the drive.

I treated my hood yesterday with Nikwax (Millets £8) A whole container was misted on and gently rubbed into the fabric. Today's rain simply bounced off.

Car is in for a service and a couple of other bits so while its away and before I start my little winter projects on it I sorted my man-shelving.
