The only problem you may have is clearance around the battery box area. You won't know until test fitting. And as said before the charcoal filter thing.

It looks very tidy. If you can get to me I could possibly help out with cutting and welding. But time is at a bit of a premium for me at the moment.
Cheers for the offer/advice Mat.Appreciated
Managed to find someone local this morning who is willing to do it. Once I'm able to fit up the modded box I can check clearances etc. Think I should manage just moving the filter thing pipes or lobbing it in the bin. Whichever. Get pipes cut and tacked up then practice my welding skills. Unlike some I won't be able to "knock it out in a day" :poke: .......slowly slowly catchee monkey.

Tend to take my time over most stuff tbh. I can arc weld a bit (stick stuff together)but more proficient in gas welding. Unfortunately don't have gas welding gear any more, never tried TIG welding, so arc it will be. I have a little 100amp inverter set that I have been using but it's been a number of years since i last arc welded. Just need some practice and to take my time.

thanks again for the offer of advice/assistance, appreciated...

Cool good on you. I will stick a hand full of 1.6 stainless steel rods in. They are small enougth to weld rather than blow holes in thin ish wall tube.

Heat wrapped the cross pipe for bit of extra tection. Reckon it looks OK through the modded bumper.

Just got ahead and couldn't wait.

Went for a shake down run last night it's not loud but just a bit fruity. Rumbles below 2500 rpm seems normal ish mid range after 5000 rpm sound comes on song. :driving:
