Z4 3.0 Coupe market watch

Seems quite a demand for the Si coupe right now judging by forum wanted threads , this one would have me making enquiries if i was looking , nice colour combo ( could be monaco blue) & a great spec ( cruise -heated seats - power fold mirrors) 94k 07 reg £7k https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified ... asc&page=1

Same Stormwerks as mine, expect red leather. Don't see them very often. How you finding it?

I love both the gear knob and the car - it’s a very underrated car and the chassis!!!!!

The closest coupe to me. Been hunting an M but they are all very far away, and the more i've done the man maths the more an Si Sport makes sense.

Feel this one is just a bit overpriced for the miles/age etc?

Yep, a bit too pricey. I did offer him less, but he declined it and said to look elsewhere if i wanted one cheaper

I’ve been off the forum for a couple of years and recently refound this thread... come down Fife and have a look fella. I’ve just replaced the cup holders and out the M badges on the wheels it’s looking good

I think its the COVID times (less folk moving about in Scotland) and that the cars up here too. Back when i got it i was lucky got it from Glasgow but literally the only one within 300 miles at the time for sale. What colour/combo did you get?

I went Liverpool and got a VX220. I had always fancied one (and also cant afford an Elise as they are no longer £9k like a few years ago..) I commute A lot shorter on the bus/tram now so i can (Just about) afford to go without the heated seats/cruise etc. Obviously the steering feel is a lot more direct etc and its 400kg lighter so its a significantly different drive.

Gear change isn’t as good as the Z though, and its nowhere near as pretty/classy either in that respect. It also leaks

Heavily biased but I still dont think there is a better car out there for the money than a Z4C at the moment. I took it out a few weeks back having rarely been it myself over the last few months and it still magic to drive the B roads. Had i not wanted a VX/Lotus forever then i would got a Black/blue //M coupe i think.
