Pretty much you just uplug the olds ones and they plug into the looms on the new headlights. Had to wire up the Angel eyes tho decided to connect them to the side lights. It has a third light along the top like a strip but ive unscrewed that but had to leave the bulb in and taped over the hole. I'm lucky my Dad did most of it

Re: My Angel Eyes Journey
I saw them Sunday in the flesh and the do look the business.
I wonder if the black ones will help contrast the Angel Eyes better, giving a clearer ring than the chrome, which bounces around a bit, masking the definition ??
Great job though Dan

Re: My Angel Eyes Journey
You only have the two angels and a led between them to wire in I found somewhere on the forum how to do that.Jonny essex wrote:I have no idea on wiring, i want the top LED and angels as daylight running then dipped beam on as well for night runnings

Re: My Angel Eyes Journey
Have got the black ones from 2excite too. No misting on mine but guess if you did get some could reseal them with some silicone? Just one point to whoever buys them they have inbuilt motors/steppers so if they stop working you'll have to find a way to replace/fix them or buy a whole new headlight. Otherwise all plug and play and look great...

Re: My Angel Eyes Journey
What are you using to seal them? It needs to be silicone sealant, like the stuff you go around shower enclosures with, but clear instead of white.Jonny essex wrote:I hope so bud as mine are doin my head in steaming up and ive resealed them SEVEN times
I used an evo stick one I bought from screwfix and had no problems after I got all the moisture out of them.
