Coupe vs Roadster

Roadster is more fun. Coupe is more #want.
2008 Z4MC: heavy wheels | crap suspension | skittish rear end | wobbly engine | not enough induction noise | underwhelming turn in | inconsistent braking | lardy battery | chubby steering wheel
2006 Z4 2.5si: gone

8) Ah those perfect cool crisp sunny September days. :D Been driving my roadster all week this week, life is good? :driving:

Drove home from a family meal last night roof down, stars over head, moon pointing to the road home. What a perfect way to enjoy a car.

Z4 coupé for general driving, Mazda for topless fun, 911 for 'serious' fun. Works for me :D
Ex E86 Z4 3.0si coupé facelift blue now Z'less
Porsche 997 C2S black-gone-, Mazda Eunos 1.8 yellow-gone-, Audi S4 Avant v6 Quattro 3.0 supercharged red-gone. Abarth 500 red. Abarth 124 Spider GT black. Porsche Cayenne red.

Had both, prefer the Coupe, mostly because of its exclusivity.

My advice, get a roadster with the hardtop for the best of both worlds (or at least 90% of it) ;)

Good idea...

That’s why i am keeping the hardtop from my current 2.0 and will get it stripped and painted Imola Red to match the Z4M! :driving:

If only I had somewhere to store the hardtop I might be tempted by that idea - but as I don't it'd probably end up staying on all year!
Coupes because stunning!
Current - Silver Grey MC, Imola Red heated Nappa & carbon trim. Aeros, H & R Coil-overs, 224s, OE Strut brace, Nav, cup-holders, DSP Hi-Fi, pdc, cruise, MFSW, no CDV! E90 330i daily
Gone - Montego Blue
Gone - Ruby Black

I prefer the E85 Z4M personally. Mine costs more than some very decent E89s except maybe the 35is.

Its my 3rd E85... ;-)

Strange that, as the prices are worlds apart - which does make the Roadster and hardtop option look appealing!

Very true because spiders love it in the hardtop outdoors! I have it in its pouch on a stand and in the garage.
