Hi guys does anyone know if I can fit retrofit cruise control to my 2007 3.0 si roadster??

Yes you can, will need loom and stalk.

I can get the stalk is the loom just a plug and play item in the steering column

Nope, you need to splice at the LCM and run a single wire into the engine bay.
