Well, in that case, go to where it shows the dipstick and see if it's there.
If not, look for the instructions that explain how to read the electronic one.

It's an E85 so presumably he's got a dipstick.

Presumably as his is a 2005 car. But all the 6 cylinder facelifts from 2006 on had the electronic version, I just don't know about the 4 cylinder models (pre- or post-facelift).

But the main thing is the OP has been able to check it!
