Classic vs Modified
My cousins original next to mine earlier - great to see his untouched/classic look next to my race/modified look

That's an interesting comparison.
I suppose it depends what you prefer. Personally I'd chose your car but with his wheels!

The "race"/modified look for me although the wheels are too big (the others wheels are too small )

Fun comparison.
Agree the wheels need to be somewhere between the two for my taste.
Only one has a whippy though. Always gonna win

I like them both, but I think I'd have your cousin's if it were a keeper and put larger OEM wheels on it.

I think the modified one looks fab
Only negative is the stickers they weren't designed with the Z4 in mind and add a strange visual cue across the body work because the fall off in the wrong direction compared to the side skirts especially with the the little sills just looks a bit odd and it doesn't meet at any logical point doesn't meet the door or the end of the sill.
With them being black on a silver car it accentuates this further and would look better without. Thats the designer in me tho im sure most people won't notice it but stands out like a sore thumb to me.
Otherwise the look is
The oem is too basic and it was when it was released the Msport models look much better imo

I do like the modified look, stands out more than the original.
The stickers do look good but in my opinion they need to slope downwards towards the front to highlight the curves of the body.
Looks great in that colour

Yes, but on those other photos the stickers seem to follow the swage line in the sill.
The swage on Z4 aero sills doesn't drop away like those, it continues on to the rear wheelarch - but your brohter's car desn't look like it has aeros.
This is what Z4 aeros look like.

I had mine shorted to match the door line and the Z4 E86 coupe looks great with them as does mine in the dark
Each to their own but I love it and seem to get complimented on it 99% of the time
