Bluetooth via Bluemusic

I have bought a Bluemusic Bluetooth adapter to fit into my facelift Z4. Is it connected to the CD prep in the boot or is it between the seats on the centre console as I have seen both locations mentioned.
Thanks for any help.

I don't have one myself, but I'm pretty sure the only options are in the boot or behind the stereo depending on which option your gone for. in the bot if you got 2 small (6 pin and 3 pin) connectors. and behind the stereo if you've got a large square iso connector.

if you have a cd changer you will need to take the 2 small (6 pin and 3 pin) connectors out of it. if you haven't then they should be dangling in the back somewhere. Google BT GROM install as it's the same steps.

Here you are BostonJohn...if its between the seats. Easier to access in a roadster too.

My blue music adapter plugged straight into the cables attached to the cd changer. Easily accessible from the boot by pulling back the bulk head cover. Took 10 mins to fit without any tools
