Another newbie question re interiors

Post by Ziggythez4 » Mon Jan 18, 2021 2:19 pm

Hi My current gear knownb is chrom and beige leather, which is a bit battered and tired, so read about upgrading to a zZHP gear knob but i can only find them in black, does anyone know about any beige or chrome ones i can buy?

Car is Toledo blue outside, Oregon beige leather in side, the driver seat is in good condition , with plenty of auto glam leath protector applied over the years, but I has got a scuff on the outside of the bolster. Ive redyed/touched up black seats with good effect before and want to do same on this. Has anyone come accros a suitable dye before ?
Many thanks

Hi, the ZHP seems to be the most popular option on here but I've only ever seen them in black.

But some people prefer the billet ones like Storm Motorwerks:- http://storm-motorwerks.com/interior/bmw/. The only problem with those is they are cold in winter and can get pretty hot in summer!

For leather dye for seats I've never used it but I've read positive things about Scuffmaster products:- https://www.liquidleather.co.uk/leather ... master-m36
Coupes because stunning!
Current - Silver Grey MC, Imola Red heated Nappa & carbon trim. Aeros, H & R Coil-overs, 224s, OE Strut brace, Nav, cup-holders, DSP Hi-Fi, pdc, cruise, MFSW, no CDV! E90 330i daily
Gone - Montego Blue
Gone - Ruby Black

My Z3 has Oregon Beige interior and I used Scuffmaster Dye on the drivers seat bolster, had to send a small thumbnail size sample snipped from underneath the seat for them to mix a match. Applied and it restored the bolster just fine.

Colour they mixed was Dark Beige and it was a perfect match.
