What are these brackets?

For changing some serpentine belt pullies I removed the radiator cover. In front of the radiator there are brackets on left and right. Just curious, what are they for?

Power steering fluid cooler, believe the brackets are the same part as the E46 which uses hydraulic steering. The Z4 system is fully electric so no fluid to cool, hence no cooler!
