nice controlled drive. good wheel control too. there is no shame not going above 7k. do what your comfortable with 
nice sound too. edit: you can see the guy has been doing it a while. isnt letting that silver 3 series unsettle him and hes got his visor fully closed.

lol the gearstick.. haha had me one of those dildo extensions before my ukltra shifter, they make a huge difference to gear control, but yeah looks like youve borrowed it from your missus's night stand.
