Do not get rid of them. When you come to sell you will need them back, will make the car much eaiser to sell. A set of brushed aluminium can be had for little money. Your ///M CFL interior is worth £500+
Crikey popular choice I guess. :D

The CFL was the standard option, brushed Ali was a no cost option, but most buyers want the CFL. If owners don’t like as I suggested I’d find some brushed Ali or piano black trim, but keep the CFL in a safe place for sale time.

Not if you do it properly and with decent 3M wrap. I wrapped mine 4 years ago, it hasn't peeled at all and still looks great

Yeah, that looks fairly decent. Is it gloss wrap? I'd like it to be as convincing as possible!
No, I'm not keen on the gloss wrap. The Matt black 3D is textured and more realistic imho

Where did you get the 3m stuff, and what quantity did you end up needing? Seen listings on eBay, but unsure as to the authenticity?

I bought it from an Ebay supplier but that was 4 years ago. They don't appear to stock 3M anymore.

This is the one I bought :

A piece about 100cm x 50/60cm will do all this and the door handles also...as long as you don't make a mistake ! :D

I wrapped my door handles the other day, really happy with it. Angled corners are hard to finish off but once on, you can't see anything.

Probably going to do more of the dash.

I used this stuff.
