Does anyone know what they do to achieve this? Ive tried contacting the company (ASG) and had no response. They take the OEM system and modify it somehow. I just don't know what they have done. It sounds perfect tho. Ive searched on here but any of the sound clips / videos Ive seen / heard dont sound anything like this.

Oh and hi! :-)

Hi Dialekt,
Had the backbox removed and straight pipes inserted is my guess. A few places do this I think. As you say, sounds good but would it get annoying day in day out? Don't know myself & I couldn't afford to do the conversion right now even if I wanted, which makes life easier from my point of view.
Cheers,
Robert.

DuckLakeView (forum member) done a bunch of backboxes for members where he cut open the standard box and welded in a couple of flexi pipes to the inside of the back box, I think there is a bit more to it its not entirely a straight through but I have one and think it sounds exceptional (vid below)

I find that straight up deletions do this sort of "thhhspppp" noise (like daffy duck) when revving whereas DLV seems to have eliminated that.
(in the OP video listen at 0:10-0:11 and 0:13-0:14 an 0:18-0:19 for the "thhhsssp" noise as the revs settle to idle)

Rather loud this here, but except the pops I think I like the sound.

I did a back box delete on my car. Bought a second box, cut the guts out of it(not for the faint hearted as I ended up borrowing a plasma cutter, but still had a lot of welding to do!), fitted some 2.5" flexi between the front and back pipes and welded it all up. I does sound good, but I normally fit it for a few months then swap it out for the original box for a change. All in the job cost me £70 (£30 for second hand box, £20 for 1m of 2.5" flexi and £20 for exhaust joining clamps), so a relatively cheap mod.

+1 on the backbox delete. I didn’t mess about with changing the back box, just got a local exhaust company to fit straight through pipes. Cost about £250, took a day,
