What’s the difference

Post by mark1882 » Sat Mar 16, 2019 8:36 pm

Now I know that this might sound like a dumb question, but what’s the difference between the E85 and the E86 ?
I have looked on the forum but couldn’t quite find the answer to this question.

Cheers
Mark

As has been said the e86 is the coupe. So a much larger boot but no ability to put the top down and enjoy the sun :poke:

The e86 was brought in with the facelift update and only ever had the 3.0 n52 engine (3.0SI) excluding the M variant.

Don't upset the M owners! The E86 was also available with the S54 engine.

If you don’t mind compromising on looks and work in a hairdressers go for the E85 otherwise if you can afford the additional cost for the premium Z4 product the E86 is the one to go for :fuelfire:
