F30 xdrive wheels on my e85?

I'm looking at a set of 17" wheels from an f30 328 xdrive. Will they fit my e85? They have 10mm more offset, but I've got 10mm spacers on the z4 already.

Thanks. Ended up getting them. Here's pics of stock (multi spoke) wheels and the "new" 5 spoke wheels. I'm thinking about painting the 5 spoke ones black.

They work well.

I'm guessing with the different offset you don't need the spacers. I've got E89 wheels on my E86 and they sit a fair bit further out, which helps fill the wheel-arches nicely.
