So I want a 6 speed zhp gearknob- anybody got one spare?
Or the best place to get one from

The ZHP knob is a great improvement - I'll post a link if you ever bother to say what gismo you got for USB use. :roll:

You dont want ZHP you want STORM MOTORWORKS :thumbsup: It would improve the interior infinately but it will never look as good as mine :poke: :lol:

You don't want zhp or stormwerks. You want a Buckley special knob. Better than those other inferior knobs imo :fuelfire:

i've got a 5 speed one for sale - if you're using 6th gear in a Z4 you're not driving it properly anyway :lol:

I wholeheartedly endorse the ZHP upgrade concept. I drove an actual ZHP for 5 years so I have firsthand experience. :)

Note that you will lose the shift pattern backlighting with the normal ZHP knob. There are modified ones out there that restore the lighting, but they are expensive. The other option is the F10 M5 knob, which is almost exactly the same shape/size, but is backlit.

My recent Z4MC acquisition came with one of the 2 knobs, I'm not sure which it is - but it is backlit. It also has a LeatherZ shift boot with M stitching, a VERY nice accessory.
