I don not have a great deal of experience with aftermarket alloys so thought I would pick your respective brains.

What are your guys thoughts on these? Are these sorts of wheels trustworthy or is a complete lottery as to what you are getting?

Can't speak for that particular set but I've owned multiple sets from Cmwheels.com and never had any issues. They do a discount too if you quote the forum. Will save you about £40 or so

Appreciate these are not actually ‘BMW’ alloys, but I am pretty keen on having BMW style wheels rather than aftermarket ones. There are plenty of vendors in NZ catering for the aftermarket segment, (lots of boy racers in NZ 😊) but none I can find do BMW replicas as it were. Key element for me is whether these would be built to an EU safety standard etc. (or similar), but I am sure that is hard to know …

Cmwheels sell a load of BMW style reps, however they're UK based.

They do offer worldwide delivery though...

Plenty of reps if you trawl through here. First and last couple of pages seem to cover them all...
