Looks ok, bit not my thing.
Would look better with the grills fitted.
That car needs spacers though, body kits make the wheels look even more recessed, esp at the back.

The way the angle under the headlight slopes downhill into the centre is all wrong. It should be level. Even then I wouldn't bother. Not my cuppa tea

I think the issue is that the lines don't seem to flow with the lines of the car, it jars. The Z has very distinctive lines and this skews them.
