Mine has been SORN since the end of September. In hindsight I should have kept it taxed in October.

Looks like the same cover. Mine is still taxed and will come out if the weather is good and the roads dry and salt free.

What's everyone using to keep their batteries in fine fettle? I am pretty sure mine is a Lithium battery and was reading up last night, it looks like standard battery chargers are not recommended.

Same as Jembo - solar trickle charger. Great bit of kit!

I would rule that one out if you're using a cover as it's not waterproof.

This is the one I have - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003M9FRH2

I like that it plugs into the cigarette lighter and that the leads are (just about!) long enough to reach around a full cover. I don't like that it doesn't have a charging LED. They also recommend that you put a bead of silicone sealant around the edge of the panel, which doesn't inspire confidence!

Also, are you sure you have a lithium battery? Unusual unless it's a lightweight racing battery.

I double checked and its a calcium battery:

https://www.halfords.com/motoring/bulbs ... -guarantee

Already replaced once under warranty as was told once these fully discharge they are knackered. I dont have a car cover, it's on my drive so the panel will be on the dash. Car is loaded up with colli 476 so that always sees it thorough.
