Ive just added 19s myself on 225 30 19 and 265 30 19.
Cant decide whether to drop the rear only, as front is perfect or up the rear profile a little to 255 35 19
Drop it on eibachs all round, but use thicker spring pads at the front to bring it back to the gap you prefer - that way you'll hopefully avoid the front rubbing, which you will get if you drop it at the front with those offsets.

Where would i obtain thicker spring pads? Also would these not take away some of the reduction that i wouldve gained by lowering it in the first place?

I purchased mine from Amazon and came direct from Germany in just a couple of days. I've got an e89 and this is how it sits on Eibachs:

You can see in my sig (until I update it) how high it originally looked.

Any advice would be appreciated on brands etc.

Cheers, Matt
If you're really not bothered about a firm/harsh ride, then go for the Eibachs. The drop is perfect and you'll never know what the ride is actually like till you try them for yourself (millions of conflicting reports on here!).

BMW dealer for the spring pads and yes it would reduce the drop - but you said the front arch gap is perfect as is, so thicker pads would achieve that whilst maintaining the matching spring rates front and rear.

Your rear looks way too high, I'd suggest getting some Eibachs pro springs and fitted. You could do just the rears but fitting them all round will look spot on.
Is there any way to check if it has replacement springs.. cars done 45k now so it is a possibility

Yep, some of the aftermarket ones aren't progressive (spring is the same thickness tip-to-tip). The factory ones are thinner at the tips and also have distinctive markings. A quick Google should show you what these look like.

Just as I suspected then! Now go purchase those Eibachs and get yourself a good looking stance. You definitely have a better ride too, especially with them being progressive.
