Charged me for a wheel alignment, discovered they didn't have the correct tools to align my wheels, made no adjustments but charged me for it anyway, with a printout to tell me how poor my alignment was. They also failed to spot my obliterated lollipop bush. That's a very condensed version, but they left me fuming and out of pocket. As soon as they started explaining that camber is normally adjusted using a "concentric bolt" I realised I wasn't dealing with the best in the game.

avon auto tuning in hewish (near conglesbury) are good. The head guy Matt really knows his stuff and used to be a mechanic for BMW
