Sorry to inflict another one of these irritating polls upon you guys but I'm in need of genuine advice, I just can't make my mind up.

So I have these new grilles (idea stolen from idej_z4), but I can't decide which rims to go with them, so I'd like some opinions from the community. I've done Chrome and Carbon, and I'm contemplating painting them gloss black. Pics below to help.

The number plate missing from the 2nd pic makes a huge difference. Needs to be on for a true comparison.
I used to have two boys and a girl. Now I have two Men and a Woman. :?

Good point, I don't have that plate surround anymore so they will have to both be off. I've changed the first photo, cheers

I suppose if you painted the front splitter etc in the same material that would bring the front end together. Matt black that is not gloss!

I won't be painting the front splitter I have a new one and it's real carbon fiber so cost a fortune. Just need to fit it.

Match the splitter. Black or carbon looks better than chrome.

Bugger.... I'm no clearer than I was before. lol.

My problem with the carbon one is that the actual grille section doesn't look as black as it should, don't ask me why... it may be just an illusion in my mind. I think either of the chrome or black don't have that problem.

If you're not sure on the carbon (which considering the amount of carbon you have lol ;) ) then go with the black

carbon has greys so will be difficult to look black black. BUT with that splitter the illusion should work very well.
If that helps?
If not fook it BLACK!!

I changed mine to gloss black on a sapphire black body. I much prefer it now.
