Coilover advice please

Hi guys, what are the best options for budget to mid price coilovers for an e86? My springs are quite new but my shocks look tired and I also want to lower it. Thanks.

I went for bc br series, not budget but at £750ish they were the cheapest that had adjustable damping which is what I was looking for! Easy to install and adjust, I'm liking them so far

Yeah the ride and handling is great, I have it set up pretty low but on the softer end of the damping range... think I've got almost perfect now!

@chris1981, what you set to? Think I’m 6 front 7 clicks rear, but would like a bit more comfort over some very bumpy local roads, think my Avon tyres are a bit stiff as well, they are high load version for an Aston Martin !!

I'm sure there was a discussion not long ago on this. JamieZ4 was the king of wheels and drops. Check out some of his threads.

Started off on softest and it was very good over bumpy roads... I'm on 5 now and it's ok but I think 3 or 4 would be Best for every day driving
