Missing my z4.
After selling my coupe last year I'm really missing my z now. Started looking at buying a roadster, getting the feel for the market, but I will probably have to sell one of the bikes first. The 240 coupe is a great car but theres just a little bit of magic that the z4 had missing in the 240.

Interesting one, - wanting another Z4..
After already having a Coupe though and as your looking at Roadsters, - If I were you, I might be looking around at a few Z4MR's & this little gem, might tempt you

Best of luck with your quest

Yes I have seen that but don't know if I want a M again with the high costs, I was thinking a clean late 3.0 manual. Plenty of time to browse though.

Interesting how many people seem to miss having a Z.
I suppose if you don't want to pay M tax the next best option is a facelift 3 litre.
Anyway enjoy browsing - until you find the right one.

That definitely sounds like a great option! Shame there was never an Alpina Coupe.

The Si roady is a great option , so little money & minimal running costs & they do feel lithe & punchy plus almost easy when driven back to back with a M roadster .
Will never quite match the charisma & character of the Z S54 though unlikely to feel the hairs go up on a Sunday morning when pulling off the drive but they do enough to entertain .

Yes, wont be needing it for speed and outright performance, will keep the 240 for that.mr wilks wrote: ↑Sat Sep 15, 2018 9:44 pmThe Si roady is a great option , so little money & minimal running costs & they do feel lithe & punchy plus almost easy when driven back to back with a M roadster .

id be very happy with a 3.0si i adore that engine. don't get me wrong the s54 and the ///M to me is just magic but.... honestly if i ever sold mine and didn't want the running costs and potential s54 going wrong "bill" id very happily have the 3.0... Ill be even more controversial and say id want an SMG with...... maritime wood grain on the dash....
