E85 rear spoiler

Post by Brontasnortypig » Sun Aug 19, 2018 5:23 pm

Been looking for E85 rear spoiler but not much luck. There's a few on EekBay from suppliers in Poland but their description of the quality isn't inspiring plus they don't supply or give details of fixings nor provide fitting instructions. They also all seem to come from the same town, Lodz, in Poland. Surely not duplicate adverts on such a reputable site? Anyway if any Forum members have any tips or know of any reliable suppliers I'd be grateful.

I bought one from a polish supplier on eBay, I wasn’t hoping for anything great regarding the price. I have been a glassfibre laminator most my working life and couldn’t fault it when it arrived.
They are only stuck on with either Sikaflex or Tigerseal, or any equivalent you may know of.

...if its a Fibre Glass Spoiler from Poland the quality is not bad .........But for the price ......you will need to prep it properly before painting .., namely a good sanding & water-papering as the final finish is not that good.

Thanks guys. Really helpful. I'd expected to prep and paint so no worries there. I guess I'm being too suspicious of these Polish companies, it may be there's a lot lost in translation sometimes. Really appreciate the help and advice.😎

I’d go for it, for the price you can’t go wrong, I scrutinise anything made from fibreglass😁😁
