To Z4M Steering Wheel or Not to Z4m Steering Wheel? (Also, Worst Hamlet quoting)

I stumbled into acquiring a X3 M sport wheel and it felt great... So decided I’d get an M for the Zed. When the opportunity came along I found it was just that little bit too padded for me and felt it may have cause issues with my paddle shifts. Went Royals route after and it’s inbetween the M and standard thickness. Not so padded and still feels great. I’m happy with it :driving:

I will indeed - going to be re-trimmed first before fitting though so will be a little while longer :)

Where are you thinking of getting it retrimmed? I know Royals is the popular choice, I had mine done by a company in Germany and am extremely happy with it :)

I haven't decided yet. I forget the name of the company but there was also a good company mentioned in one of the Z4 Facebook groups I've contacted for a quote. Will get a few quotes and look at their galleries of works done and see. Although I may also ask my Auntie to do it - she spent 20+ years in the business (Not re-trimming lol, but as an upholsterer, fabricator etc of material from clothes to curtains to furniture so she knows her stuff too)
