Saw this... would love to recreate it somehow!

Saw this here mod on a random internet picture :

I absolutely love the look of it, it's subtle and elegant but also really changes the front end of the car to be much more aggressive. I was curious if anyone know if this is sold somewhere as a kit or if it is totally custom. If it is totally custom they modified the front fenders to scoop over the front of the headlights, which could easily be recreated with some vinyl laying in a similar pattern. Could end up looking like this with the body lines kept intact:

What do you guys think? Know where to buy a kit or how best to recreate the look? Let me know below! I love it!

Thanks for the link. I took the plunge and ordered a set. Being a cheap and impatient person I fitted them as is, without painting them. Maybe I will paint them later if I like it. Or get black grills to match.
