I think your best bet will be a breakers. I think an upgrade was made but that it was only for the LHD market.

Supersprint have a RHD manifold, but you're looking big numbers as is normal with their headers, last time I saw them it was around £1.5k?

Racing dynamics also makes one under 1k but listed only for manual lhd. I’m still waiting to hear back from them why it wouldn’t work for auto. Only reason I could see is it not clearing the housing. It’s been bout a month since I’ve heard back with me sending follow ups and no reply so not holding my breath on an answer.

Also I was just looking at super sprint and there’s is lhd too from what I saw here: https://www.supersprint.com/ww-en/bmw-e ... ve-v4.aspx#!/
03 Z4 2.5i
ESS VT1, Racing Dynamics SS headers ceramic coated, Full Super Sprint system, 4.10:1 LSD, K Sport BBK, Koni yellow/eibach combo, and lots of other bits
07 e86 3.0si stock for the moment

The one I linked above is RHD, if you look at the images you can see the header pipes routed differently on both designs, also the LHD version is nearly £1000 cheaper (likely due to simpler design, or perhaps just more demand so less R&D cost to implement per unit)
