I would never advise drilling it. Adjustment and a setting angle sensor reset is a 30 min job and has fixed every one I've done.

Hi Mike, Weybridge, Surrey, the annoying bit is I lived in Stoneycroft up till the end of l ast year, bit of a distance, although thanks for the advice....... I’ve noticed there is a member near me that seems to also have your abilities so I will give him a nudge. Thanks again Jeff

It's wort.h the fuel to get to Mike in Warrington he can also do other bits u need doing at a reasonable price

Have you tried adjusting the eccentric ring on the steering motor 1st ??
