indicator click

interesting one this, the click click sound made by the indicators is now working intermittently. Indicators are working fine.

anyone any ideas why before I go delving not the dashboard?

is it actually a relay (sound like it from behind the dash) or does it come through the speakers?
now I'm about to have more time I've suddenly got less toys to play with!

Pretty sure it's the relay - definitely not the speakers
Maybe the first signs of impending failure

Sometimes the relay is mounted in the fusebox

Bad news on this one I have the same problem and its a new speedo not cheap around £1300 fitted and programmed.

Someone on here did mention it can be fixed without replacement which would be a lot better option but for now I live with it as I cannot here it with the roof down or music playing
