Hej,
I have to change my spark plugs.
1. Which ones is the correct/OEM/best?
2. How many NM do I have to tighten them with? It is a 2003/2004 E85 3,0i. So, a M54 engine..?

I've got mine at 25Nm with no issues but I believe BMW say 30Nm. Expensive iridium/unobtanium spark plugs last longer but don't perform better so I use Bosch Super Plus and fit new every year. About £30 for 6 on Ebay

And check several suppliers I found a considerable price difference for the same part number... like double

Opie oils usually quite good price for plugs... I'd be going for the Bosch Iridium 0242240653 @ £5.95 ech...
