so assuming I understand it correctly, there loading the parts and should be a couple of hours work.
wish I lived closer to mike, at these prices it would be cheaper to drive to mike.

Yea it's a couple hours work for an independant to do 2 arms. On the e46 it was harder work but on z4 there's a lot more room so I'd attempt it myself

I’m going to go against popular opinion here but after I had the Meyle hd arms and bush fitted they were much worse than the BMW parts I had on before, even in their worn state. Personally I would avoid them. Maybe I had a fake or something who knows, they were from eBay and very cheap £200 for the full kit including ARB link.

Think I paid about 150 labour for the job.
