CSL 19" replicas from CM Wheels.
Goodyear F1 Asymmetric in 235/45R19 front & 265/30R19 rear.
Eibach spring kit.
Bilstein B4 dampers.
New starter motor.
Serviced with OEM filters & oil.

I know it's nothing unusual in appearance but I like it and don't think there are many better looking cars for the money.

Looking good... The CSL reps look really good and really make a good looking car into a great looking car. The CM reps seem to be the first choice for the price / quality compromise. Quite a few sets have been ordered recently. I will probably do the same!
Can you please let me know who you used to do the work and servicing? As I'm local would be good to use someone with a recommendation. I'd also like to see the car in the flesh sometime over the summer now that the decent weather is on its way..
Imola red E86 Z4M. Genuine CSL's, eventuri intake, supersprint race exhaust, zhp.
E86 3.0si Phoenix Yellow. 19" Veeman VFS23's - Sold
996 turbo x50 - Sold
Noble GTO3R - Sold

I come from a background of E46 & E92 M3s and there is a very good reason that lots of people go for CSLs..........they just look so good !

I appreciate that they've been done to death but to be fair when you are driving around how often do you see another E85/E86, it's hardly a regular occurence, certainly not a Coupe anyway

The reason I didn't previously mention local specialists is because I've never used one, I come from an automotive background so have done all the work so far myself, the suspension is pretty easy to do with a basic toolkit. The only things I haven't done so far is change the oils and although I'm perfectly capable I just don't want the mess, so when the car is due MOT in about a months time I will get that done at a local fast fit managed by a long term friend, they will also be sorting the alignment

I'm happy to meet up over the Summer and help with advice if you should need any :D

First BMW for me and prefer to 'pay a man' to do any work as apart from the basics. I'll probably make some enquires on any work / servicing that needs doing when the time comes.
I don't get it when people say they love the CSL's but don't want to follow the herd with wheel choice. Its not exactly a Fiesta, you should always get your first choice if that's what you want!
Looking forward to seeing you and the car sometime soon.
Thanks..

Hi Stewey, 'nothing unusual in appearance' I think it is fantastic. The E86 Z4 Coupe has managed to (cliche warning) stand the test of time and still looks fantastic today to people of all ages. I feel sure that Ian Callum (designer of the F Type Jaguar) must have looked at the rear half of one of these and said, mmmm, that gives me an idea.

Your car is a stunner.
