Quick front spring plate question.

Post by Z4 Gaz » Sat Apr 14, 2018 10:34 am

Does the front spring plate simply remove from the standard shock, and is it then transferable onto other makes of shock? I am assuming it is, with a few bangs of a hammer to get it loose.

Reason being i have seen some koni shocks for sale that are missing the front spring plates.

Yes, the spring plates come off the old shock  re-used mine a couple of weeks ago. Bit orange, but perfectly fine to use again.
