Intravee volt converter & lightning

I know I require a volt converter such as this to charge more modern iPhones with the intravee. Historically it was the scosche passport which no longer seems to be available on Amazon but this does the same thing: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Charging-Adapt ... B00BFXPBD2

So that’s the 12v to 5v sorted & can them use my 30pin to lightening converter. Is there an all in one solution rather than multiple adapters, as can it locate one & imagine it’s a fairly niche market.
