I'm going to change the shocks and springs on my 2006 3.0 Si coupe looking on the internet has left me with more questions than i started with so i'm here to tap up some simple answers hopefully, from what i can gather my existing set up is the M sport , what i am after is something a little bit harder and the option of lower than existing, don't want coilovers and no track days on the horizon , any help will be gretfully received :?

Based on what I have read on here the general view is either Eibach or H&R springs with Bilstein B4 or B6 shocks.

Both springs will be lower than what you are currently running and the B4 shock is basically an OEM replacement with the B6 being a performance upgrade, this will offer a harder ride and is more expensive as you would expect.

If your car has done a few miles any of these options will probably offer an improvement over what you have now

If you want a little bit harder and a little bit lower, best of with the bilstein b12 kit
