A bit steep or about right?

I got quoted £300 for all the above so going with that

Asks about a "specialist", gets given less than favourable reviews, goes with them anyway!!!

Love it!

Okay so the work has been done and I cannot fault Munich Legends whatsoever.

Upon arrival I re-confirmed the work to be done and price (which was the same as what had been quoted over the phone).

Nick was very open and honest explaining that they might not be able to do the coolant change because I had travelled from London and it wasn’t advisable to change the coolant when it’s hot. I politely told him that I wanted the work done to which he suggested that he would inform his technician to start on the other fluids first and it may be a case of me having to wait a bit longer before the coolant was flushed. Naturally I took this option.

I was provided with a Mini One courtesy car (which was slow AF but a bit of fun nevertheless). I was also informed by the receptionist of the closest town (East Grinstead) and good places to eat brunch and shop etc.

After 2 and half hours I received a call from Nick telling me that the fluids had been changed and that I could come back to collect my car. When I arrived I had to wait an extra 15 mins for the coolant to be flushed (which was fine because most of it was spent admiring the M1 in the shop window). The technician then gave my car a short run to ensure everything was in order.

I paid the bill, collected my car and left.

The car is now smoother than ever. It pulls effortlessly and the gear changes are much smoother than before. I ended up taking the Misses to Hever Castle after the service to enjoy some historic scenery.

All in all a good day, and I would happily return for any other work.

Yes, so long as the OP is happy with the service he got and the price he paid all is good!

But that courtesy car is getting on a bit - my local Indy has an F56 Cooper with the 3-cylinder engine that sounds like a diesel!
Coupes because stunning!

Certainly some nice classics in the showroom and a Z4M coupe outside. However non of the cars had prices displayed and the person on reception didnt have a clue about the cars and wasnt particularly interested. My friend said he thought it was a dodgy setup and if he was in the market for a BMW he wouldnt go near the place. Do all my own servicing thankfully and just couldnt fathom the prices quoted although that may include a high class escort girl .
The prices of the cars are on brochures inside the garage pal.
