I think the wheels look great when they're on, my car isn't lowered and if I make any changes it will only be to probably fit M height springs.........
Most likely have a set of 4 E86 Sport OE springs available shortly if interested , rears pretty recent & i won't be asking the earth for them
Sounds like just the thing for me Mr Wilks.........what are you fitting ?
Well i have a dilemma , i prefer H & Rs for the feel & comfort aspect as they most reflect OE (if not better) but they tend to lower a touch too much for my liking  i don't mind lowered but i don't like slammed  Eibachs lower less but in my previous experience spoil the ride  then there are the Spax springs which lower between the 2 but ive yet to try them out for ride ? hence my dilemma

What are M height springs?

From what I can tell Msport and Z4M look pretty similar for arch clearance at the top.

Well if they're lower it's 10-15mm tops. Aren't the Eibach's more like 25mm?

I think they will lower mine by about 15mm which should be fine, Eibachs I think are 30mm but not 100% sure.

That's interesting. I was always led to believe that eibachs generally gave a better ride than H&R springs. To be honest I've never really gone in for lowering springs on a road car till now and recently fitted eibachs along with new shocks and theyre definetly an improvement on my tired m sport setup. My opinion on springs has solely been based on car forum chatter. What cars have you try H&R/Eibachs on?

Care to share the specs Tyreman?

They look like nice reps, very accurate to actual CS/CSL wheels.

Also what tyres?

Did you go 235/35 and 265/30?

How did the ride/steering feel/weight change after the swap? I assume you were on 225/255 18s?
Bought from CM Wheels who are a forum sponsor on M3Cutters and delivered within a couple of days.

19x8.5 et38
19x9.5 et40
Colour is Hyper Silver

The tyres are 235/35R19 & 265/30R19 Goodyear Asymmetric 3, drives great at the moment but I'm undecided whether to lower it or not.
Nice car and wheels Tyreman,
I am tempted to do the same; I think hypersilver would be great with Interlagos Blue

Sounds like Eibach springs with around 10mm spacers on the spring perches to raise the ride height would be the optimum combination then - are such things commonly available?

You are so right Tyreman: I do want them, I just feel bad I got new Michelin PSS at the rear only 2 months ago!
Yes, I understand CM Wheels are in Dungannon Co. Tyrone (less than 2 hrs away from Dublin); makes it easy to go there and take a look at a few samples
