FWIW I would see if you can get the rust sorted. When I was looking for one, If I had found a Mini with rust when I was looking for one, I would have walked away.

It also goes without saying that re-fitting the whippy would add a few hundred to the value!

Don't worry Rick. The new owner will also get a box full of parts etc and in that there box is a certain whippy so they'll always have the option to reinstate it.
