Wow thanks for that. I'm not from UK, but happen to be heading over to London and Oxford this Sunday. Are you nearby?

No where near I'm afraid! 1.5 hours from london and 2+ hours from Oxford.

I can give you the STL file and perhaps you could find someone local who may be able to print off for you? (There's loads of 3D Printing services offered all over the world)

Are there any YouTube vids of front bumper and headlight removal?
Need to replace a xenon ballast.

Probably, I haven’t made any though. Bumper is only 10-15min job, then headlight is another 3 or 4 screws. Pretty easy.

This thread is already several years old now, but I'd like to give it a try. Any chance that I can get the 3d model as well? I am currently working on the same modification and am running into the same obstacles.

Great post by the way, it has helped me a lot so far.
