Sorry to hijack this but I am genuinely curious, cost aside, would you have had the new 4 series over the older model?

Not with that grill!
The BMW show room we bought from was one of the biggest ones I’d been to. They had pretty much the whole range, inc a lovely Matt grey 8 series.
From the side the new m4 looks nice, but when u walk round to the front, that grill looks horrid in the flesh, even worse on the M3

Its not just the 3 and 4 series that they have ruined. The whole range looks ridiculous with the huge grills.
