A classic, I have considered a few times. I actually love the lights.
Enjoy it, at least until it blows up.

Thanks, fingers crossed, I heard that the Metzger engined versions are meant to be a little more reliable.

My Daily is a 520d F11. I’ve had 3 of them over the last 8 years
The wife uses the G29 (or did before lock down) and the E85’s alternate each month depending if taxed or SORN’d.
The Alpina is a classic I’d like to keep and the Z4MR is currently up for sale following the arrival of the G29 last month

I’ve changed my X3 Company car for a Tesla Model 3 Performance, it’s fantastic those of you of a certain age will recognise the comment on the pic . It comes from a Bryan Ferry song of the same name, he went to a technology exhibition that showed what they envisaged the future to look like, my thoughts exactly

Yes, That would be nice but unfortunately I'm paying storage fees for one of them at the moment, which is why one has to go.
Plus, is any garage ever big enough ? I'd always want one more than I could fit in

Only my Zed has garage space here. We still have our sons Mx5 parked on the drive, along side my daily shed and MrsGs Mx5. He was due to be back here for a month from next week. Obviously not happening, so who knows when that will get shifted.

This is my daily drive.
This car amazes me everyday. I have never owned a car that can provide such a perfect balance of economy, performance and driving experience.
I put 600 miles on her every week, it doesn’t even use a full tank of fuel in doing so, and has only ever required servicing, tyres and brakes in my ownership.
A great work horse, and I would quiet happily buy another one when I am done with her.
