Hi All,

So I eventually sold (or part ex) my car at the start of September. Boy do I miss it. It was a 2014 2.0 sdrive m-sport, 47k of glorious almost trouble free miles!

I deliberated over the new m40i and 3.0 and really liked. However, one day whilst searching I came across a 2015, low mileage m4 black on black. It had one previous owner. I had a drive and woah, a different beast.

Anyway, that car sold before I could buy. So I waited and managed to pick up a late 2016, low miles (17k), silverstone II metallic, dsg, hk and head up display. A wonderful car. Few small issues on delivery. But an amazing car. I always wanted one.

I just wanted to say, thanks to all in the forum for help and support over the years. You have been great, balanced, friendly and just brilliant. 👍🏻

Few pictures below - p.s I have a set of very good light use winter tyres 18’s and a TMC tuning box(minus cables) for sale !

Nice move , really great value cars the M4 right now & wouldn't be surprised if they held value or rose slightly from here .
Also id be curious to know how many Bmw have sold in UK by comparison to the M2 ( seem to see far more of these on the roads)
3 ZMRs
3 E89s
5 Si coupes
5 Si roadsters
997 C4
TTRS
F82 M4
MK7 Golf Gti
current Bmw 6 Gran Turismo

Your quite right. Really good value and tbh they are fairly efficient compared to m cars of the past.

You certainly see more 4’s than 2’s in the garages.

I get 34mpg on the m-way. Easy. Around town or having fun is a v different story though.
