Harshest critique I can possibly come up with: I think a car like that deserves a bolder colour; not necessarily bright yellow or orange (although all power to those who can pull that off), but dark grey seems more appropriate for a suit not a sports car.
Yes, I know, says the man who has owned 2 black Z4's.... Is black a colour, or a complete absence of colour?
Anyway, I'm sure you're going to enjoy every minute of driving it, and I'd be lying if I didn't say I was just a smidge jealous

I was on the fence with Agate grey and guards red enzed, 50/50 split, what swung it was the sales guy warned me off red as they have hell on shifting 2nd hand red cars and would affect a trade in value come selling time. I take your point though, however I’m a bit conservative, I don’t do brash or very lively colours so this suits very well.

As you know, I didn’t bond with my 718 GTS but I felt a pang of remorse looking at your pics. Just wasn’t the car for me, but loving my new Z4!

As long as you’ve found the car for you that’s a perfect result. Personally I don’t like driving the new Zed, good we’re all different, makes it interesting.

They do suit red very well Mr T, however I feel enough of a dick driving a grey one, let alone a more shouty red one...

I had a ride in a 718 not too long ago and there is certainly nothing shabby about them. Look great from every angle
