couldn't resist !

The man I sold my old Lotus to 8 years ago contacted me and offered to sell it back to me - I just couldn't resist especially as he had added £4k worth of upgrades and only 10k miles in the 8 years . Drove it home yesterday - never had so much fun with my clothes on :D

picture doesn't do it justice really - stunning looking - previous owner kept it in garage when not used for the 8 years he owned it - same as when I had it previously - previous to that owner stored it in a dry heated garage for 6 years - as a consequence the exterior , interior and underneath is totally sound - PO upgraded brakes , hoses , gear linkage , new hood etc - the car has only been out in the rain 3 times in the last 17 years  he only sold it because he's upgraded to an Evora although he wasn't a happy man when I drove it away :(
