I've had 2 previous 911s so knew what to expect but even so it's been a revelation getting back into a flat 6.
Nothing quite like the noise, feel & poise of a rear engined car like these.
Very special & 100% the right car for me after 14 Z4s.
Anyone thinking of following the same path my advice would be to study hard , get as much information on the cars as you can then form your own opinion instead of simply reading the negative Internet & magazine articles that offer little in worth or value to anyone seriously considering one.
Yes there will be donkeys out there but do your homework , search hard & you will find there are plenty of genuine well kept examples at very reasonable money.

Very nice Colin, I’m tempted myself to join the 997 gang.
Some cracking shots there, being a Mod can’t you get away with slipping one into the photo comp  :D

Ive always wondered where the location Mr Wilks goes to for his pics was.
The only thing I can see is a sign saying victoria mill.
I take it that this is an old mill that has been refurbed. It is very well kept, not a weed in sight. Surprised you can get so close to it to for pics.
